Electronic Service URGENT REPAIRS

Due to the many instances that goods come in marked "URGENT please Quote" we have found that many aren't urgent at all. This is evident when the provided 'estimate' sits on the shelf for a week or two. We often make numerous phone calls for a decision all in vain.

This is 'queue jumping' and it is not fair to others who are in front especially if the job gets the last of our spare parts.

The only way to make this fair and sift out genuine 'urgent' from 'selfish' is to charge an 'Urgent Fee' in which case you and / or your customer have the choice as to whether it is urgent or not.

The Urgent fee is a 10% surcharge on the estimate, or on the actual repair if no estimate was requested.
