NEW ENTRY LEVEL GPS-PLOTTER FROM SIMRAD
The Simrad CP31 is an entry-level GPS-Chartplotter for small yachts and motorboats. The CP31 has easy to use hot keys and a 6” screen for clear chart viewing. It incorporates the robust design and many of the technical features of Simrad’s high-end chartplotters making it excellent value.
The CP31 features a new TFT colour screen with wide viewing angle and strong backlight. It is waterproof and robustly constructed and can be mounted in exposed cockpits and flybridges offering outstanding reliability both in daylight and in darkness when night vision is essential for safe navigation. A new low profile patch type GPS antenna is also included as standard.
The Simrad Advanced Chart Management System (ACMS) has been incorporated in the CP31 to provide optimum chart presentation. Whichever scale is selected, the system will automatically present the most suitable chart available from the award winning C-MAP NT and the new MAX chart system. The ACMS also ensures that the chart area ahead of the vessel is optimised in relation to the boat speed. The faster you go the more chart is presented ahead of the vessel.
The compact, economical CP31 is a flexible system that can be used for various boat types from RIBs to day boats.
